Here are items to consider when planning to have instant photography at your event. This is a sample...actual events will vary.
 
Date & Time - Start/End times of the event. Start/End times of the Photography.
Venue - The address.
On Site Location - The room, space, area, etc.
Number of Photos - How many framed photos total?
Vertical or Horizontal - Do you prefer tall or wide?
Background Choice - Your's or our's? Special effects?
Text / Logo - What do you want to say with writing? Add images?
Tickets - Do you want to limit photos by handing out tickets?
Space Requirements - Typical space needed is 12 by 18 feet for special effects, smaller for regular background.
Electrical Requirements - Standard 3 plug socket...we run a fairly low power demand.
Tables - Typically needed: 1 3x8 feet or similar.
